Stay was wonderful except for a wasp nest outside the balcony door & a roach in the unit. There was also leftover food in the stove burners.

Enjoyed our stay Condo was roomy and clean and loved having a pool onsite.

The entire team was extremely helpful. Richard went above and beyond. Richard even came by and provided eating tips and told us the best places to enjoy our vacation.

Happy Place is s beautiful condo. Everything our family needed was available. We love the shabby chic beach decor. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen bead very well stocked. The area is very quite and private. There are many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The lovely beach was just a few minutes walk away. We cant wait to return to My Happy Place. The property is very well maintained. Beautiful landscaping all around. A nice grilling area was provided. The swimming pool was fantastic. Crystal clear water and plenty of nice tropical plants all around.

I would highly recommend staying at this property. Very well maintained, clean & close to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed & having a washer & dryer was perfect.

It was wonderful to be able to visit with the person who could broker the arrangements, but it did take a couple of phone calls to actually get to that person. I was quoted two different prices, and then noticed on the website about military rates. Once that was instituted, everything fell into place.

Staying at Chateau La Mar II was a very pleasant surprise as it was so very "home-like". The location was easy to find, as were the check-in/out instructions. Having my personal parking spot right in front of my door was an added bonus! I look forward to the opportunity to stay here again...hopefully in the same condo!

Richard is the best manager. Very helpful and informative. Always going above and beyond for guest.

The swimming pool unfortunately had to be closed for cleaning due to an accident from a child but the front desk were very apologetic and nice.

This condo was great (carpet could use a little cleaning but overall everything else was awesome). We had a great time, kids loved it. Would definitely recommend this place for a family. Nice and quiet at night, comfy beds, we loved it!

Members were very friendly and helpful, went our of their way by working off hours to accommodate my calls when making reservations, and welcomed us the first day, made us feel like home.

Very nice location, right across from the beach, the condo had everything anyone would need and more, very stylish, very comfortable furniture, felt like home, did not wanna leave :)
