Common Questions about Vacation Rental Homes

Chateau La Mer II is located across a two-lane beach road and about 1000 feet from our beach.  It is a short 3 or 4 minute walk.  There is a lighted cross-walk and both guests and locals are good at stopping for pedestrians.

We are located on approximately 5 acres with plenty of parking and landscaped areas and no through traffic. 

There is a children’s play area with picnic tables and charcoal grills.  We can loan you tennis racquets and basketballs with a $5 deposit for each.  We also have DVDs in the office for just a $5 deposit.

We have an air pump in the clubhouse and an for use during office hours.

All condos are fully furnished with pots and pans, toasters, coffee makers, blenders and towels and bed linen.  We ask that you not use our towels at the pool or beach.  

Free Wi-Fi is available in our clubhouse and on the veranda around the clubhouse.

We cannot rent to anyone under 25.  No pets are allowed.  No smoking is allowed in any condo.

In case of emergency – call 911, give your condo number and stay on the phone.  Otherwise you can reach the sheriff at 850-651-7400.  For maintenance issues or for lock-outs the number is in the window by the office door.
